We are looking forward to welcoming you at our Business Partner Forum in Manchester, on 4th June 2026.

This is the appointment booking system, which goes live on Tuesday 12th May, at 15:00 and will remain open until  Monday 1st June, at 18:00.

The system can be used by both our Members and our Business Partners, to pre-book appointments ahead of the event.

On the day, you will have the option to attend up to 15x 13 minutes' appointments with a 2-minute break in between.

The booking process is simple: you select a time slot when you would like to see a particular Business Partner - the appointment will automatically be booked and an email will be sent to notify them. If for some reason they are unable to attend, they can decline the appointment, in which case you will be advised by email.

Once a time slot is booked, all other appointments for that specific time will become unavailable, to avoid double bookings.

The appointment scheduler is live for Members only between 12th - 21st May, after which time Business Partners will also be able to request appointments with Members.

All bookings will close at 18:00 on Monday 1st June, when you will be able to see and print off all the appointments you have booked. Alternatively, a copy of the schedule will be given to you on the day of the event.
